This junior-level Purchasing Agent role supports Seymour Pacific Developments’ construction purchasing team. You will help make informed purchasing decisions, communicate with vendors, and meet project schedules. Daily work includes comparing quotes, creating orders, supporting site receivers, and coordinating materials, tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Use product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions
Compare supplier pricing and prepare purchase orders
Support sites with day-to-day material requirements
Ensure timely ordering against project schedules




Maintain communication with site receivers and vendors
Requirements: Experience with quotes, orders, and basic documentation
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to support construction teams closely
Construction drawings or project timeline knowledge is an asset
Retail hardware or building supply experience is an asset
Use construction product knowledge, organization, and supplier communication to coordinate materials procurement for multi-residential developments.
