This full time position serves the Prairie Mountain Health Home Care Program within Clinical Support. You will assist clients with daily living, meal preparation, safety, sanitation, communication, and assigned service requests. Day and evening shifts are anticipated.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct client care within established standards
