Support TD Canada Trust customers in Saint-Léonard through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education. This position offers 18.75 hours.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing financial needs and guiding customers toward appropriate banking solutions. The work includes customer service, confidential judgement, digital banking education, and branch process support. You will help customers with recent accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash branch transactions
Complete business processes and accurate regulatory documentation
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Obtain IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong customer communication and organizational skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, and digital education skills to TD Canada Trust customers in Saint-Léonard.
