Key Responsibilities: Assess guest preferences and curate personalized Banff experiences
Prepare pre-arrival itineraries around interests and seasonal highlights
Provide guidance on trails, safety, weather, gear, and travel times
Maintain Adventure Centre displays, inventory,



and guest transactions
Coordinate with guides, partners, and internal departments
Requirements: Experience in concierge, guest services, adventure tourism, or similar roles
Knowledge of Banff trails, conditions, culture, and safety
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Organizational ability across multiple inquiries and details
Confidence using maps, booking systems, digital tools, and POS software
