Organize Caldic sample requests using advanced Excel, inventory control, and analytical reporting in a customer-focused coordination role. Work closely with Sales and Mississauga Production teams.
Reporting to the Samples Supervisor at Caldic Canada Inc., this analyst coordinates sample distribution for business team units. The work covers paperwork, customer deliveries, supplier follow-up, and sample inventory management. You will also prepare reports and presentations for commercial and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Organize requests, paperwork, samples, and customer deliveries
Source samples from internal warehouses and suppliers
Manage inventory, expired samples, stocking, and cycle-counts
Generate sample reports and PowerPoint presentations




Courier domestic and international sample shipments
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or engineering
Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Solid organization, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication
Ability to stand long periods and lift 50 pounds
Apply analytical reporting, Excel expertise, and inventory coordination to support Caldic sample services and commercial teams.
