This Personal Support Worker position serves clients within Yee Hong’s senior care programs. You will support physical, social, and emotional needs while following resident rights, government standards, and the organization’s mission. Long-term care experience, CPR, and robust interpersonal skills are valued.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care supporting clients’ daily activities
Assist clients with personal hygiene safely
Support physical, social, and emotional needs
Follow resident-centred care practices and resident rights
Work required shifts, including weekends and short shifts
Requirements: Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
Current CPR Certificate
Long-term care experience considered an asset
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
