Serve Autopac clients across Region 7 using customer service expertise, insurance knowledge, and professional coverage guidance. Travel between four Manitoba branches.
ONEInsurance is seeking an Auto Advisor to counsel clients on Autopac and Driver Licensing products and coverages. Build rapport with existing, assigned, and current clients while understanding their insurance and lifestyle requirements. Become familiar with other ONE Insurance lines to explain available products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Create exceptional customer service experiences for all clients
Follow Auto Customer Service Standards during every transaction
Actively cross sell available auto extension products
Support Personal Lines processing and other required duties




Process transactions promptly and generate leads using Prospector
Requirements: One year of insurance or comparable customer service experience preferred
Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification considered assets
Travel to St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier, Dominion City, and Altona
Applied EPIC familiarity considered an asset
Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check required
Support Manitoba communities as an Auto Insurance Advisor delivering Autopac counsel, efficient transactions, and attentive customer service.
