The full time Stage Experience Lead oversees Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare, or a combination of these areas. You will ensure cast execute Sephora’s selling model, respond to client feedback, support technology training, and contribute to store goals.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model
Support timely responses to department client feedback
Train cast on Client Interactive Technology
Support in-store events as needed
Coach performance and conduct regular check-ins
Requirements: One to three years’ similar role experience
Experience in a similar volume store or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to influence business partners clearly
Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders
Bring client service leadership, communication, and sales floor coaching to Sephora’s Edmonton location across assigned beauty departments.
