Serve Manitoba drivers as an Auto Insurance Advisor across Region 7, using customer service expertise and insurance knowledge. Travel between four branches to support clients.
ONEInsurance is seeking an experienced insurance professional for an Auto Advisor role. You will counsel clients on Autopac and Driver Licensing products, understand lifestyle requirements, and offer suitable coverage options. The role also involves learning ONE Insurance’s other lines of business and supporting surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities: Create exceptional customer experiences for every client
Follow Auto Customer Service Standards during Autopac transactions
Cross sell available auto extension products
Support Personal Lines processing and related duties




Process transactions and generate Prospector Program leads
Requirements: Minimum one year of insurance or comparable customer service experience preferred
Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification considered assets
Travel to St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier, Dominion City, and Altona
Applied EPIC familiarity considered an asset
Valid driver’s license, transparent criminal record check, and Canadian work eligibility
Apply your insurance knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail while supporting Auto Insurance clients throughout Region 7.
