As an Order Picker associate, you gather merchandise, pack orders, and prepare them for delivery or curbside pickup. You support the Service Desk team by handling basic order transactions, POS sales, returns, and customer calls. Reading COM orders or system notes helps you complete each order correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities: Obtain and prioritize pick lists for customer orders
Gather merchandise using the Order Fulfillment Application
Pack, label, and stage orders safely
Load delivery vehicles and take out curbside orders
Follow Home Depot’s GET customer service model
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
One to two years of retail or distribution experience an asset
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
Knowledge of reach trucks and order picker machines an asset
Bring accuracy, organization, and customer focus to Order Picker work supporting The Home Depot’s delivery operations.
