This Personal Banking Associate role serves as part of TD’s frontline branch team. You will understand customer needs, provide service transactions, and refer customers appropriately. You will also recommend process improvements, maintain accurate records, and follow relevant regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate contacts
Provide information and advice on banking solutions
Build confidence in emerging digital banking trends
Recommend improvements to branch practices and processes
Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and regulations
Requirements: High School diploma or relevant experience
Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Mutual Fund licensing requirements where applicable
Independent administration, planning, and organizational abilities
Effective verbal and written customer communication
Use customer service, banking advice, digital knowledge, and regulatory awareness to support positive TD experiences in Montréal.
