The Release Analyst processes entries for clearance and transmits information to CBSA to obtain shipment release. You will monitor transactions, respond to customer queries, and interact with carriers and brokers. The position also includes office coordination duties involving incoming calls, documents, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor transactions for rejects, acceptance, and shipment release
Ensure entry data matches documentation and notices
Respond to customer questions and telephone inquiries




Collect information and direct incoming calls appropriately
Distribute faxes and photocopied documents to correct personnel
Requirements: High School Diploma required
Minimum one year related Customs Brokerage and Release experience
Ability to understand and interpret customs documentation
Knowledge of office equipment and AS 400 system
Ability to interact with customers, carriers, and brokers
Apply customs brokerage knowledge, transaction monitoring, and customer communication skills to support FedEx shipment releases in Mississauga.
