The In Store Bakery Clerk fulfills duties across the Bakery Department and supervises personnel when the Bakery Manager is absent. You will complete customer orders, receive bakery orders, merchandise products, and maintain sanitation standards. The position also supports employee coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise bakery personnel during the Bakery Manager’s absence
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Complete and receive customer bakery orders
Perform bakery production and merchandise the department
Maintain sanitation and applicable company standards
Requirements: High School Diploma
Minimum of 12 months experience
Ability to work independently
Above average oral and written communication skills
Good work ethic and multitasking ability
