As a Relief Customer Service Representative, you will fill different routes and schedules based on operational needs. The work combines driving, delivery, account management, customer communication, and safe handling of goods. You will serve an established customer base while supporting uniforms, linens, towels, mats, cleaning products, and rental items.
Key Responsibilities: Navigate assigned Lower Mainland routes safely and punctually
Load vehicles and inspect equipment before departure
Deliver and retrieve customer rental products
Confirm quantities,



collect payments, and secure signatures
Address inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities
Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High School Diploma
Experience in customer service, sales, and delivery
Availability for changing routes and schedules
Ability to lift 25 pounds and occasionally 50-plus pounds
