Lead cleaning operations for BGIS across Lethbridge and Crowsnest Pass, applying quality control, workforce management, and economical resource use. This is a full-time position.
The Area Cleaning Supervisor reports to the Property Manager and manages site Cleaners delivering janitorial services. You will set standards, inspect work, manage supplies, and support contract requirements. The position includes recruiting, coaching, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Cleaners and direct facility janitorial service delivery
Inspect work and review improvement opportunities with teams
Schedule duties, meetings, training, and special projects
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, consumables,



and inventory
Complete quality inspections, payroll, cost, and variance reports
Requirements: One to three years or more cleaning supervisory experience
Experience managing, communicating with, and inspiring workforce teams
Ability to organize and manage work programs
High school diploma
Flexibility for overtime, nights, and rotating weekends
Bring cleaning supervision, quality assurance, and team leadership to BGIS operations serving facilities in southern Alberta.
