Key Responsibilities: Connect personally with customers about banking solutions
Process financial transactions under standardized operating procedures
Respond to concerns using standard resolution procedures
Promote solutions while completing business processes accurately




Support team effectiveness and routine activity updates
Requirements: High School diploma or relevant experience
One-plus years of relevant experience preferred through requirements
Strong planning, organization, administration, and time management

Effective verbal and written customer communication skills
