The City of New Westminster seeks an experienced Recreation Facility Clerk Supervisor for a temporary full-time appointment of approximately one year. You will coordinate customer service, cashiering, admissions, registrations, and rentals while supporting staff and senior volunteers. The work includes scheduling, reporting, financial administration, and training.
Key Responsibilities: Assign shifts and daily duties for smooth front-desk operations
Supervise staff and senior volunteers providing frontline recreation services
Assist the public with classes, schedules, fees, refunds, and transfers
