Use Red Seal plumbing expertise on a 226-unit development in southwest Calgary, installing systems and meeting Alberta code requirements. Lead apprentices and labourers while maintaining safety, quality, and project timelines.
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this plumber installs and commissions domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. The work includes interpreting blueprints, connecting pipes, testing for leaks, and troubleshooting plumbing problems. You will also work with City of Calgary representatives during periodic Code inspections.
Key Responsibilities: Install and commission domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems
Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing layouts
Measure, cut, bend, thread, and connect pipes




Test pipes with pressure gauges and specialized equipment
Lead apprentices and labourers to keep projects on track
Requirements: Three years of working experience as a plumber
Red Seal Certificate in plumbing
Knowledge of Alberta Federal and Provincial building codes
Confidence leading apprentice plumbers and labourers
Ability to climb scaffolding and work outdoors
Bring Red Seal certification, construction plumbing skills, and site leadership to Northland Properties' Calgary development project.
