Use SAP and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate inventory as an Inventory Associate with Medline Canada in Calgary. This is an on-site, full time contract role.
Working Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, you will perform cycle counts, manage stock, and reconcile records. The role supports inventory accuracy through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and coordination with cross-functional teams. You will also create approvals, document activities, and follow GMP and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Investigate root causes and develop corrective actions
Use SAP for inventory transactions and adjustments
Manage blocked and released inventory during checks




Maintain accurate documentation and organized work areas
Requirements: Availability for a 12-month contract assignment
Availability Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Ability to use SAP ERP and Microsoft Office programs
Ability to follow GMP and company procedures
Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
Support Medline Canada’s healthcare operations through cycle counting, SAP transactions, reconciliation, and disciplined inventory control in Calgary.
