Key Responsibilities: Provide personal and supportive care following established care plans
Meet identified client needs in home settings
Promote client independence and safety at home
Collaborate with health team members on integrated services
Support Interlake-Eastern mission, vision, and values
Requirements: Health Care Aide certificate from an accredited college
Previous experience with elderly or infirm individuals preferred
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers
Work independently and within a health care team
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Bring respectful personal care, communication, organization, and teamwork to Home Care services serving clients throughout the region.
