The work includes organizing workflow, setting priorities, preparing correspondence and presentations, and maintaining confidential information. Collaboration with executives, directors, managers, staff, and external partners supports aligned department operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide confidential administrative support to Nursing Administration
Coordinate workflow and determine departmental priorities
Compose correspondence and prepare documents for authorization




Create presentations, orientation packages, and spreadsheets
Maintain information integrity and confidentiality
Requirements: Recognized secretarial program diploma and graduation
Three to five years administrative support experience
Experience using various computer software programs
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to type 50 words per minute professionally
Bring organized administrative support, confidential document handling, and effective communication to Interior Health’s Nursing Administration team.
