Support cytology testing onsite in Brampton with sample preparation, quality control, and routine laboratory procedures. Work Monday to Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Dynacare is seeking a permanent full time Clinical Laboratory Assistant for its Cytology team. Prepare samples and reagents, perform simple non-interpretive tests, and operate complex instruments under documented procedures. Maintain accurate data entry, equipment records, quality checks, and laboratory standards. This position supports downstream solutions and treatment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare samples and reagents for routine processing
Perform simple non-interpretive tests independently
Operate complex instruments following department procedures




Complete quality control checks and required documentation
Maintain, disinfect, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Requirements: Medical Laboratory Assistant Certification or approved laboratory assistant course
Health or Science diploma or degree accepted
Keyboarding speed of at least 40 words per minute
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
Bring cytology preparation, testing, data entry, and quality control skills to Dynacare’s Brampton laboratory team.
