As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will learn EMCO Corporation’s construction wholesale distribution business across shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, and account management. The program develops customer problem solving, procurement, business development, leadership, coaching, and strategy skills. You will progress through warehouse and customer service, customer relationships and procurement, account management and proactive sales, and leadership and operations phases.
Key Responsibilities: Learn warehousing procedures, shipping, receiving, and counter support




Solve customer problems and build vendor relationships
Support procurement and provide world class service
Develop sales and expand the customer base
Coach teammates and support operational strategy
Requirements: College and/or university degree
Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
