Prepare Quick Service menu items and condiments for MLSE venues while delivering consistent food quality and championship service. Work across kitchen and concession areas.
As a Food & Beverage Concession Cook, you will gather, wash, cut, season, cook, and store ingredients. You will apply recipe specifications within designated time frames. The work supports locations including Scotiabank Arena and other MLSE venues. You will maintain sanitary practices under Toronto Public Health Board guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare Quick Service menu items and condiments
Maintain clean, organized, and protected kitchen areas
Rotate and store ingredients in designated areas
Operate kitchen equipment safely and sanitarily
Report equipment problems and food discrepancies
Requirements: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to learn Quick Service recipes
Knife handling skills considered an asset
Food Handler Certification recommended
Ability to work under pressure
Bring kitchen preparation, sanitation, and teamwork skills to MLSE’s Quick Service concession operations across Toronto venues.
