The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. The position provides comprehensive care, supports established nursing standards, and may direct Health Care Aides, Unit Clerks, RN IIs, and LPNs when assigned charge responsibilities. Shifts include days and nights.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, residents, and clients
Apply established standards, policies, and nursing procedures
Provide clinical direction during assigned charge responsibilities




Practice according to professional obligations and applicable legislation
Support the Authority’s Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements: Hold or qualify for active Manitoba nursing licensure
Maintain current Basic Life Support training
Complete Emergency Nursing Orientation within twelve months
Bring one year of recent Emergency Room experience
Demonstrate clinical competence, decision-making, and critical thinking
Use emergency nursing expertise, clinical judgment, and team-oriented communication to serve patients at Lakeshore Hospital in Ashern.
