Lead person-centered nursing care as a part time Registered Nurse, using comprehensive assessments, care planning, and clinical coordination to support residents.
The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership under the Assistant Director of Care or Nurse Manager. This role coordinates nursing care, evaluates resident needs, supports medication safety, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Care must preserve dignity, choice, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Complete nursing assessments and update individualized plans of care
Coordinate admissions, hospital returns, and significant change documentation
Administer medications and treatments following required procedures
Direct PSW work and support RPN practice as applicable




Reinforce infection prevention and control practices during daily care
Requirements: Current CNO General Class registration as a Registered Nurse
Practice aligned with CNO standards, guidelines, and accountabilities
Working knowledge of interRAI assessments, care planning, and documentation
Current CPR and BLS certification
Complete Vulnerable Sector Check, health testing, vaccines, and references
Apply Registered Nurse expertise in assessments, documentation, medication safety, and resident-centered care within long-term care.
