As a Senior Art Director, you will translate strategic briefs into compelling visual work for digital, social, television, and out-of-home channels. You will own projects from idea through execution, working independently or with Copywriters. The role combines design expertise, strategic thinking, client presentation, and mentorship while maintaining ethical standards for AI-assisted content.
Key Responsibilities: Develop visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and key visuals
Deliver on-brand design across integrated campaign channels
Review visuals for quality, consistency, and ethical considerations
Collaborate with Copywriters, Strategy,



Accounts, and production partners
Mentor junior Art Directors and designers
Requirements: Five or more years as an agency Art Director
Portfolio showing conceptual strength and exceptional multi-channel craft
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software
Proficiency using generative AI tools for creative production
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
