This Accounts Receivable Analyst works across Property Operations, Accounting, and Finance. The position supports cash applications, reconciliations, collections, reporting, and scalable AR processes. Candidates need analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with large datasets, reporting, or data analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Process SODAs and review tenant account activity
Apply tenant payments accurately and promptly
Reconcile AR subledgers to general ledgers
Investigate balances, disputes, and collection risks
Prepare AR reporting, KPIs, and management dashboards
Requirements: Three or more years in Accounts Receivable or Collections
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Experience with large datasets and reporting
Power BI or similar business intelligence experience
Apply analytical, reconciliation, Excel, and reporting expertise to strengthen receivables management at Avenue Living Asset Management.
