This Bilingual Alarm Monitoring and Security Operations Representative supports Branch Management, Supervisors, and Security Guards after hours. The work combines inbound and outbound calls, operational issue resolution, CCTV monitoring, and accurate data entry. You will use IMMIX, Outlook, and WFM while managing Remote Guarding alarms and scheduling transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor IMMIX CCTV for unwanted or suspicious activity
Confirm field guards’ health and safety through alerts
Manage inquiries and escalate resolutions to Branch teams
Enter alarm and scheduling information accurately
Complete briefings and write incident reports promptly
Requirements: Bilingual English and French speaking ability
Call centre or security experience preferred
Customer service skills and computer aptitude
Availability for 24/7/365 shift operations
Explicit seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing abilities
