Support children and young adults with autism through behavioural intervention and respite services at ErinoakKids’ Brampton site. This temporary full-time role is on-site.
The Program Support Facilitator contributes to in-centre care across therapeutic and respite settings. You will support structured activities, daily living skills, social interaction, communication development, and client supervision. Collaboration with therapists, clinicians, and support staff is central to consistent care.
Key Responsibilities: Implement behavioural intervention strategies for young children with autism
Assist with personal care, feeding, mobility, and daily living
Support leisure activities and communication development
Operate transfer and mobility equipment safely
Maintain documentation,



data collection, and client progress reports
Requirements: Relevant education or experience in support services
Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, or complex medical needs
Experience supporting challenging behaviours in children and youth
CPR/First Aid certification and vulnerable sector screening
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Apply behavioural support, client-centred care, and cooperative communication skills within ErinoakKids’ Brampton respite services.
