Support inclusion at Louis Riel Arts & Technology Centre as a Student Services Teacher and designated case manager for Student-Specific Plans.
This term position supports students through accessible, equitable, and culturally responsive educational programming. You will coordinate Student-Specific Plans, plan modified and individualized programming, and collaborate with school-based and divisional teams. The work addresses academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs through strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement Student-Specific Plans for assigned students
Plan modified and individualized educational programming
Facilitate collaborative planning with interdisciplinary support teams




Promote inclusive and culturally responsive educational practices
Facilitate student transitions and responsive learning supports
Requirements: Minimum five years of wide-ranging, successful teaching experience
Permanent Manitoba Teaching Certificate
Experience developing and reviewing Student-Specific Plans
Knowledge of Manitoba standards and LRSD Student Services policies
Experience with MTSS and Structured Literacy approaches
Bring case management, collaborative planning, and equity-focused Student Services expertise to Louis Riel School Division students.
