Serve healthcare providers in English and French as a full-time, hybrid Provider Relations Representative at Express Scripts Canada. Choose Mississauga or Montreal.
This position communicates with providers, associations, and software vendors while maintaining accurate information across the provider database. You will work with agreements covering pharmacy, medical supplies, mental health, vision, and dental care. Knowledge of healthcare benefit administration or claims processing is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Answer provider, association, and software vendor inquiries
Communicate professionally in each contact’s preferred language
Review agreements and obtain missing information
Enter recent provider information accurately and promptly




Collaborate with teammates on additional deliverables
Requirements: Mandatory written and verbal English and French
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Healthcare benefits or claims knowledge is an advantage
Use bilingual service, provider communication, and accurate information management to support Express Scripts Canada’s national provider network.
