The work combines client communication, GorillaDesk scheduling, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and accounts receivable. You will also coordinate technician support and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client calls and emails professionally

• Book technicians within 72 hours
• Reconcile payments and sync transactions to QuickBooks
• Maintain current contracts and client files

Requirements:

• Two or more years in administration, client service, or bookkeeping
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, and accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear communication with frustrated clients
• Valid drivers licence and vehicle access
