Requirements: Recognized Institutional Cooking Course or Red Seal
Valid Food Handlers Certificate within six months
Three years commercial food services cooking experience
Three years supervisory experience
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and texture modification
Use cooking expertise, supervision, and sound decision making to support secure hospital Food Services at Teulon/Hunter Memorial Hospital.
