Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will document processes, investigate inefficiencies, recommend practical changes, and follow implementation results. The position involves process mapping, data analysis, standard operating procedures, and project tracking. You will work with employees, managers, and technical teams to clarify business needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Understand processes, pain points, and business needs
Map workflows and identify bottlenecks or duplicate work
Analyze data and measure improvement results
Maintain procedures, process maps, and documentation
Track action plans, assignments, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
One to two years of relevant experience
Process and technical mindset connecting workflows, systems, and data
Experience documenting procedures and resolving problems with data
Project management tools and Microsoft Office proficiency
Apply process mapping, data analysis, documentation, and follow-through to practical continuous improvement initiatives.
