This full-time internship suits students in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related programs. You will maintain vendor records, investigate inventory discrepancies, support purchasing processes, and improve warehouse organization. The four-month internship begins January 2027, with studies continuing afterward.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain the Approved Vendor List and supplier certifications
Conduct cycle counts and update verified NetSuite quantities
Reorganize warehouse materials, locations, labels, and layout
Support RFQ, RFP, RFI, and quotation comparisons
Manage purchase orders and assist receiving activities
Requirements: Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
Availability for a full time January 2027 internship
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Familiarity with ChatGPT or Claude
Analytical, organized, dependable, and results-driven approach
Develop practical supply chain, warehouse, purchasing, and NetSuite skills while supporting Kepler Communications onsite in Toronto.
