Baylis Medical Technologies seeks a Senior Warehouse Associate for Monday-to-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. work. The role supports shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse organization. You will coordinate with internal teams and transportation providers while maintaining accurate records and materials.
Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, label, weigh, and prepare customer shipments
Prepare waybills, pick lists, boxes, and shipping paperwork
Coordinate pickups with transportation providers
Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming materials




Complete inventory counts, reconciliations, returns, and transfers
Requirements: Secondary school or CEGEP completion
Approximately four years of related warehouse experience
Shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control experience
ERP system and Microsoft Office experience
Ability to perform physical warehouse work for extended periods
