Support infants aged 12 to 19 months through responsive caregiving, daily routines and early learning at Fueling Brains Academies.
As an Assistant Infant Educator, you will work alongside the Infant Lead Educator in a secure, engaging classroom. You will provide individualized care while encouraging sensory exploration, movement, play and early communication. The position supports children’s independence and developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities: Support daily classroom activities and learning experiences
Build trusting relationships through warm, responsive caregiving
Assist with feeding, diapering, sleep routines and care needs
Encourage sensory exploration, movement, play and communication
Observe progress and collaborate with educators and families
Requirements: Alberta ECE Level 2 or Level 3 certification preferred
Infant experience is an asset
Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving
Patient, nurturing and compassionate approach
Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
Bring responsive caregiving, infant development knowledge and compassionate communication to Fueling Brains Academies’ Infant team.
