This temporary, full-time Talent Consultant role supports recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions. You will source, screen, assess, and match candidates while building talent pipelines. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills support candidate and client success.
Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, assess, and match candidates to client needs
Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
Coach candidates through interviews and hiring processes
Manage onboarding and placement activities
Provide effective hiring solutions for workforce needs
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Two to three years in recruitment, staffing, sales, or service
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency; bilingualism is an asset
