As an entry-level Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will manage routine requests and support marketing communications operations. The work includes Creative Services requests, signage, screen content, vendor coordination, and project documentation. You will help organize priorities, maintain accurate systems, and support corporate and non-standard projects.
Key Responsibilities: Process Creative Services requests and route complex campaign work
Coordinate signage, screen content, and environmental branding requests
Track vendor timelines, contracts, renewals, costs, and deliverables
Prepare purchase orders, statements of work, and documentation




Coordinate asset requests, studio bookings, equipment, and scheduling
Requirements: University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Two to three years marketing, coordination, or operations support experience
Solid organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Familiarity with marketing workflows or project systems such as Workfront
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
