Support facility uptime and safety as a BGIS HVAC Apprentice, assisting inspections, service requests, and preventative maintenance under supervision.
This apprentice role develops practical experience operating facility systems and maintaining mechanical equipment. You will assist with routine services, preventative and corrective maintenance, monitoring, inspections, and service responses. Work must follow corporate, legislated, environmental, health and safety, security, and fire protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in facility monitoring and mechanical inspections
Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance activities
Support preventative maintenance program implementation




Maintain accurate assigned tool and equipment inventories
Provide supervised observations about mechanical deficiencies
Requirements: Enrollment in a recognized HVAC apprenticeship program
Solid willingness to learn facility operations processes
Ability to follow environmental and safety guidelines
Strong client-service orientation and sense of urgency
Enhanced security clearance eligibility
Bring HVAC fundamentals, communication, and safety awareness to facility service, inspections, and maintenance support with BGIS.
