Key Responsibilities: Analyze bottlenecks across tubular production lines
Measure waste and estimate its annual impact
Create current-state value stream maps for each line
Enter improvement opportunities into the Enterprise Business System
Present findings to operations leadership
Requirements: Engineering or engineering technology co-op enrollment
At least second year completed in a related program
Robust Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups
Working knowledge of statistics, variation, and distributions
Comfort working in PPE around heavy industrial equipment
Apply engineering analysis, Excel, statistics, and shop-floor observation to improve throughput at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc.
