This part-time (0.80 FTE) role supports patients in home and community settings under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, assisting with daily living, hygiene, mobility and safety needs.You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, observe and report on patient wellbeing, and help maintain a safe setting.
