As a Customer Service Representative, you will support internal and external customers for Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. Your work covers order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, customs issues, and customer solutions. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Shipping, Demand Planning, Planning, Production, and Quality Assurance keeps requests moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process manual and EDI purchase orders accurately
• Coordinate customer pickups, deliveries,
  
  
  
  and invoicing
• Resolve customs and transportation issues en route
• Manage overages, shortages, and damages investigations
• Document procedures and share process knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of office customer service experience
• Robust attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication, time management, and follow-up
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
