Lead worship growth at First Baptist Church in New Liskeard through preaching, teaching, Bible study, and community outreach. This is a full time pastoral appointment.
Our welcoming church has 30 members and 10 adherents, with potential and room for growth. The Pastor will serve a congregation in Temiskaming Shores while building ministry momentum with the Revitalization Team. Responsibilities include worship leadership, evangelism, visitation, counseling, and ministry across generations.
Key Responsibilities: Grow worship capacity through preaching and teaching
Lead mid-week Bible study
Develop evangelism and community outreach
Demonstrate ministry leadership across all ages
Attend monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings
Requirements: CBOQ credentials or equivalent
Accredited seminary Master of Divinity degree
Effective oral and written communication
Comfort working with children and youth
Christian faith lived with integrity and authenticity
Use your pastoral skills, worship leadership, and teaching ministry to serve First Baptist Church and its community.
