As Marketing Specialist, you will provide operational and administrative coordination across Enterprise Marketing. You will manage timelines, Coupa purchase orders, vendor contracts, and budget reporting. The work connects Events and Community with Finance, legal, procurement, privacy, security, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. It suits candidates with three to five years in events, marketing operations, procurement, or administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Build event plans, timelines, task boards, and status cadences in Asana
Track commitments, accruals, actuals, forecasts, and remaining budget
Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders through Coupa




Route vendor and partner agreements through required reviews
Coordinate invoices, suppliers, event logistics, and stakeholder handoffs
Requirements: Three to five years in relevant operational coordination
Required budget tracking, reconciliation, and spend reporting experience
Financial or procurement platform experience; Coupa is advantageous
Project management platform experience; Asana is advantageous
Robust spreadsheets, organization, communication, and follow-through
