As a CBRE Building Operator within Engineering and Technical Services, you will maintain building systems and equipment. The work includes support, preventive maintenance, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems. You will respond to tenants, document readings, and support reliable facility operations.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to tenant requests, emergencies, and unusual occurrences
Perform daily rounds and record operating readings
Complete preventive and demand maintenance tasks
Inspect, operate, maintain, and repair building systems
Monitor contractors for company and industry standards
Requirements: Ability to maintain small to medium-sized buildings
Knowledge of boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, and pumps
Ability to troubleshoot building automation systems
Ability to work under applicable safety codes
Ability to escalate unusual events to supervisors
Apply building operations expertise across HVAC, electrical systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, and tenant support for CBRE facilities.
