As a GoodLife Fitness Advisor, you will recruit and work with current members while understanding their specific goals. You will use sales experience, relationship-building ability, and time management skills to recommend appropriate GoodLife services. The position supports member success through consistent follow-up and club education.
Key Responsibilities: Build a pipeline of potential members using available tools
Tour potential members around the GoodLife club
Educate prospects about support for health and fitness goals
Create plans using appropriate GoodLife service offerings
Maintain member relationships through consistent follow-up
Requirements: Experience in sales
Self-motivation and resilience within a sales environment
Ability to connect with diverse groups of people
Passion for helping others and personal health and fitness
Excellent time management skills
