The Shift Lead works closely with the General Manager while leading team members during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include direction, accountability, performance monitoring, and hands-on coaching. The role also supports dessert quality, cleanliness, production goals, and customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee team members during assigned shifts
Communicate tasks, priorities, expectations, and shift updates
Open or close the store following required procedures
Maintain Crumbl standards for quality, cleanliness, and service




Track performance information and communicate it to management
Requirements: Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
FoodSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
