Key Responsibilities: Support implementation and sustainment of HRO practices
Coordinate administrative and corporate project activities
Contribute to education and engagement initiatives
Support data-related activities for HRO programs
Work with quality, patient safety, and hospital teams
Requirements: Be enrolled in an eligible nursing program
Demonstrate interest in healthcare quality or patient safety
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
Work independently while seeking guidance when needed
